Request for Email Routing

First, is there any way to communicate directly with support, not with the community?
Second, it is almost one week, yet my request for “Email Routing Beta” is not accepted. How can I accelerate the process? I need this feature.

It seems to be taking approximately 1-2 months currently and there is no guarantee. It is a beta feature so I’d recommend looking elsewhere for now if you need something urgently for production use.
