Cloudflare charged us for Domain Renewal, where we forgot turn off the renewal button as the domain is idle there for a year, and cloudflare charged us automatically. kindly refund the domain amount please.
Bulling issues are not something that can be resolved in the Community, however domain registration fees are not refundable, so there isn’t a reason to open a support request. Hopefully you have turned off the auto-renewal so this doesn’t happen again next year.
It may be worth creating a checklist to consult when retiring a domain from use. Include disabling auto-renewal on the list, and be sure that change happens at least 30 days prior to the expiration date and in a prior calendar month as well.
