Request for Assistance with the 2 FAILED invoices, the STRIPE BILLS is VOID !!!

I got 2 unpaid invoice:IN-4862359, IN-4862345.

But when I opened the 2 invoices pdf, the STRIPE BILLS is VOID!!!

In fact, I have paid the worker upgrade plan successfully with the invoice IN-5218323.

Can you process the issues of IN-4862359 and IN-4862345.
