We are a Cloudflare user currently utilizing the Stream service. However, we noticed that the billing amount for December 2024 appears to have been double-counted. The duplicate charges are listed under the names: “Stream Basic Minutes of Video Viewed (in thousands)” “Stream Basic Minutes Viewed”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We previously reached out via email and contacted customer support regarding the duplicate charges in our December 2024 billing for the Stream service. However, we have not received any response as of now.

Yes, just like our situation, there seems to be no way to contact Cloudflare to resolve this issue, which is quite frustrating.
