Please do not open any more tickets, that just slows the reply time.

Please verify that the zone whitetigerqigong.com shows as active in your account. If it is not, the error is correct, there is no zone to upgrade.

Hello, this zone shows active in my account. Okay I will not open any more support tickets. Please see attached screenshot showing the zone is active, I want to upgrade this zone but I get the error above. I have checked I do not have any unpaid invoices.
