What is the issue or error you’re encountering

My API request is getting timeout error when SSL/TLS is enabled for alphalabs.vn domain. When using direct request to API via IP address, the all request are successful. My question here is does cloudflare limit requests for free accounts using SSL/TLS? If not why am I getting this problem?

When you receive this error? What is the HTTP status code of this request? When this fails? As it will denote if it is an SSL issue or a timeout issue. If you can curl it and then paste the status code that will greatly help us troubleshoot this.
