What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare charged our card 6 times for 1 invoice.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We opened a ticket with their support and they said “Cloudflare only issues refunds in very specific situations, such as fault in service. As this is not the case, we will not be able to attend your request.”

Now, we do not mind being charged once for an invoice, but 6 times is an obvious error and needs to be refunded.

Why was this split or merged? And they didn’t even answer my question, they replied weirdly to the person that commented and marked it solved? I provided the billing ticket, we need our refund.
