What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
i have 2 domains (.co.uk and .com) that have expired. They have not been deleted. I would like to renew them. When i submit a ticket, the domains are not listed.
I submit, manually writing the domain in the ticket, and then the ticket is closed, saying that i do not own the domain.
How can I get this resolved?

I’m aware of what the .com pendingDelete means, which is why I am trying to get support for it.
The .uk is more important to me and I’ve renewed .uk’s much later than this in the past without issue.
Then it seems you’re not fully aware: because a pendingDelete
domain cannot be restored at all. Domains (most TLDs anyway) cannot be restored beyond the Redemption
grace period, and the Registrar (Cloudflare) has no control over this.

So the .com seems to be a lost cause, at least as far as Cloudflare is concerned. You may try one of the so-called “drop-catching” services to see if you can get it the moment it drops.
Leaving an “important” domain expired for more than 2-months? And this is not even your first rodeo?
Anyway, .UK
domains have a Redemption Grace Period of 60 days (on top of the 30-day Expiry Grace Period – making 90 days to pendingDelete
from the expiry date) so your domain should still be available for redemption.
