Are you getting an error when you try to renew via Cloudflare registrar?
Yes. Attempting to renew throws the error Domain state does not permit renewal. Please contact support for assistance.
I would contact support then. You can open a registrar ticket at: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
