Removing unused CSS code from a Wordpress site?

I use the Newspaper theme and the styles.css file is massive: https://cdn.thenerdystudent.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/style.css?ver=9.7.3

I minify it using Autoptimize already, but I want to remove the junk.

I use a tiny portion of it. Is there any way I can strip it of classes and content I don’t use?

You’d have to do that manually. Cloudflare has no way of knowing which parts are used at all in your entire site.
