Hi, sorry but i couldn’t find an appropriate category.
We are working for a client who have bought a brand name but their original website is still online. They have no login details and the site hasn’t been used for years. How can we get this website taken down? We have a new domain name so although we would like to keep the original one it’s not essential. Thank you , Mark
Unless the site was built with Cloudflare Pages, the site isn’t hosted by Cloudflare.
If there was a Cloudflare account, go to https://dash.cloudflare.com and select “Forgot your email” which will email the account holder for the domain.
If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to change the nameservers at the domain registrar to take control of the DNS for the domain.
