Removing 2FA remnants against a user account

I am trying to invite a user who has previously enrolled with 2FA but the account was then revoked.

When I tried to invite the same user again he was prompted for 2FA.

Opened a support ticket and it looks like the user needs to directly make this request himself in order to complete this request.

Before I get the user to send the email support himself, just wanted to check if no one else has come across this and if there is a better way?

That’s correct, 2FA is an issue that needs to go through support.

What is the best way to get through to a support team member?

Got a ticket opened but only with an automated bot response with the message that the affected user has to make contact directly.

Gave up in the end and created an new email address for the admin to use.
