Removed my website from Cloudflare Now No Access

My website domain that has been removed for Cloudflare. I keep getting a " Cloudflare Error 1001 message" and the website is not loading. Exact message below.

You’ve requested a page on a website that is on the [Cloudflare] network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain.

What is the domain? When did you remove it? Where is it now?

The domain is shabazzray and - it’s a dot com. We’re not allowed to send links in the message, so I hope that’s understood. I removed the site last night. I’ve been getting errors ever since. Thanks.

Both the root domain and www resolve to a Cloudflare IP address 103.169.142.0. If you are no longer using Cloudflare you’ll want to point those records to your origin directly with your new DNS provider.

Okay, thank you. I’ll try that.

Hi tried pointing my main domain to Godaddy (my provider) and my other website stopped working, too. It seems like Canva is pointing my sites to the old IP address, my domains are some how still connected to Cloudflare or Canva is using Cloudflare. When I changed the IP address back to 103.169.142.0 my secondary site started working again and my main site is giving me this message below.

This is the site here. Thanks.
shabazzray_com

DNS isn’t pointing to Cloudflare

$ dig shabazzray.com NS
shabazzray.com.		3600	IN	NS	ns77.domaincontrol.com.
shabazzray.com.		3600	IN	NS	ns78.domaincontrol.com

And it you appear you haven’t changed the A record as per

given

$ dig shabazzray.com
shabazzray.com.		600	IN	A	103.169.142.0

It would appear this issue is nothing to do with Cloudflare and everything to do with the configuration you have in place which is incorrect.

Thanks. Yes. I know. The Cloudflare IP settings are are coming from Canva (website builder). When I originally published the site, Canva set the IP setting to Cloudflare. After I removed the domain Canva won’t connect to the Godaddy Server. It keeps reconnected back to Cloudflare’s server. Could this be because one of the sub-domains of my main domain is still on Cloudflare? Thanks again.

What records exist in Godaddy?

Godaddy records.

What service are you going to use the domain with? Do you have instructions from them as to what records you need to configure?

Here are you directions.

I’m using Canva to create the site and Godaddy hosts my domain.

Here are the directions in order from 1-5. They are pre-populated by Canva. I use Canva to build the website and Godaddy for my Domain and Hosting. I can’t change the settings in Canva’s backend there’s no option.
