What is the issue you’re encountering
3 separate employees in different regions of PH reported they cannot access the website with CF enabled. Works fine when disabled. No error number, just that code.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Recently removed some subdomain CNAME records, but shouldn’t affect the root domain (which is the one having issues). Flushing DNS cache on CF. They changed their local DNS away from Google to CF. They cleared cache/cookies.
They can access the site fine through VPN or via mobile data. Or, via the server IP address (that I’ve proxied in CF). MXToolbox didn’t show any DNS issues. I doubt it’s banned by their ISP. I can access the site without issues when I use a PH VPN too.
Aside from removing the CNAME records, I haven’t made other recent changes to CF, lightspeed cache, or the website.
