We have taken over a client’s website hosting and transfered their website to our Kinsta account. The old web design company still has our client’s website registered with their Cloudflare account.
Our Kinsta hosting comes with a Cloudflare account. According to Kinsta, the client’s OLD web design company’s Cloudflare account is causing a conflict with our Kinsta included Cloudflare account.
We need for Cloudflare to remove the OLD web design company’s Cloudflare account so that their is only one instance of our client’s website on Cloudflare so that their website can function properly.
