Remove from Cloudflare

Can’t seem to remove the my website’s subdomain from Cloudflare. I had been trying to use Cloudflare to manage both my Wix landing page (website) and application subdomain (app built on Bubble) through Cloudflare, but to no success.

I have now reverted the nameservers back to Wix’s and the website is back online. However, when I try to access my subdomain (app.“mywebsite”.com) I still get an error message from Cloudflare.

All DNS records that suggests for my subdomain (app) have been added through Wix’s DNS management dashboard, and when I log into Cloudflare it clearly states I have no domains attached to my account, since I removed mine. Any tips on how to make the app resolve correctly to DNS records added through Wix?

If you are getting a Cloudflare error message, contact them as it may need some setup on their end.

I’m sorry how do we know my host uses Cloudflare? And what do those DNS records mean? I’m new to all this

They mean that requests to your Bubble App hostname will be sent to those addresses.

Those addresses are allocated to Cloudflare.

OK got it - still not sure how to proceed in order to get my app to work properly though. In case y’all wanna check DNS records through , website address is and subdomain (app) is All NS records seem to be Wix’s and all A type records are according to Bubble’s pointers, but still returns a Cloudflare error message. Not sure what to do.

These are Cloudflare IPs…

…so the Cloudflare error message is likely not due to your previous use of Cloudflare, but’s use of Cloudflare.
