Remove Domain from CloudFlare

Hello,

I 've removed my domain from Cloudflare, but my hosting provider says it stil using Cloudflare DNS:

Name Server: ASA.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM
Name Server: CLAY.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM

They say for modifying A and WWW records I have to contact Cloudflare support, punting records toward my IP address.
I wrote to support but they have not yet replied. How can I solve this? thank you

What you now need to do is point your domain to the other nameservers which you now want to be responsible for your domain.

Cloudflare is out of the picture at this point.
