I had a Pro plan with a load balancer.
I recently downgraded to the Free tier, because the website is low traffic and I don’t need a load balancer.
The DNS settings in the app show the load balancer, but the load balancer doesn’t exist.
I can’t remove it from the DNS, and I can’t change any load balancer settings as I don’t have it enabled!
Please help

Hi there,
It seems like there might be a lingering DNS record from your previous load balancer setup. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard.
- Go to the DNS settings for your website.
- Look for any DNS records related to the load balancer (usually A, AAAA, or CNAME records with the name of your website).
- Delete any records associated with the load balancer.
- If you cannot delete them, contact Cloudflare support for assistance as there may be a residual configuration on their end.
Remember to add the correct DNS records to point to your website’s server after removing the load balancer records.
