We have a Records Management System (RMS) in-house on a windows server. The RMS is launched and accessed via an .EXE application where users then login to the database with the own login credentials. I’m new to this with a basic understanding of IT related understanding of IT services. I want to have our employees be able to have remote access to the RMS, preferable by static ip or if not, by email address. Upon reaching out to sales they indicated such a thing should be possible. I’m not seeing how to configure access to the .EXE anywhere in the Zero Trust settings. Furthermore, if I’m understanding the service correctly it should display the “.EXE application” in a browser window? Has anyone configured access to just an .EXE on their own network? Any tutorials or tips would be greatly appreciated.
