Attempting to add ceipal.com to our account, but it is zone held.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Looked through the community posts and docs.
There’s no other company that should have access to this domain, especially not a company that needs an enterprise plan.
Unless google domains is using cloudflare under the hood?
Yes… This is the canned response to every single one of these questions. But there’s never a follow-up when customers explain that the domain should not be owned by any other company. We are the domain owners, unless you’re talking about google domains. But I haven’t found anything specifically related to google domains hijacking cloudflare accounts like this.
If the history is not helpful in tracking down the account owner, (I suspect it’s the same person that holds the permission to changing nameservers at the domain registrar), we may need to enlist Support to assist.
