Looking at your shared screenshot, I can see the CNAME type of the DNS record pointed to the default-page, which is locked 
.
Kindly, seems like you’ve registered your domain name with your iCloud email, therefrom the Domain Parking page feature is enabled.
After you buy a domain through iCloud, Cloudflare Registrar automatically enables a landing page for it. This temporary page informs your visitors that you still do not have a website. This feature is only available to new domain registrations, when you buy a domain through an Apple device.
Can you double-check for such option and disable it when you navigate here → https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/domains/.
