My provider, syrex.co.za will not update the Name Servers -they say that they don’t want to be hosting the file that points me to Cloudflare - They don’t want to be ‘used’ it seems.
They said I need to ask Cloudflare to request a transfer to them…
Does anybody have any insight on this?

Cloudflare isn’t a domain registrar. Is Syrex your domain registrar, or just your web host. Or both?
If they’re your registrar, you’re just going to have to transfer your registration to a registrar who will accommodate.
They don’t want to earn money with you? Nice company.
Unbelievable. I’d change the registrar…
They’re just my registrar… they’re being impossible! Will move to goDaddy, but it is going to take more time than I can afford…
Obviously you can move your registration to wherever you like, but I’m a big fan of NameSilo myself. Cheap, helpful, 2FA, whois protection etc. Dated interface but they just work and have absolutely zero upsell or annoying retention practices.
