Registrar Dash Ticket - How do we whitelist IP's when trying to make an REST API call?

We have created a REST API in WooCommerce for our integration partner. However, when they try to make a call to this URL: they get a 406 security incident message. We have whitelisted their IP Adresses in “Lists” and also allowed their IP adresses in the ‘Firewall rules’ and ‘IP access rules’ in the Firewall settings tab. However, they are still blocked. From the 406 incident, I see that the Application Firewall blocked the request. Any guidance on how to disable this, to let our integration partner bypass the 406 security incident?

I do not believe that is an error code used by Cloudflare. Are you running mod_security or similar on your Origin?

I believe you are right. This issue relates to our origin server.
