Registrant contact change pending / Unable to cancel a partially approved COR for Cloudflare registered domain (Code: 10000)

Hi,

I changed registrant contacts for a Cloudflare registered domain. I confirmed the email I got, but the registrant contact change pending didn’t go away. Resend email isn’t working anymore and cancel request throws: Unable to cancel a partially approved COR for Cloudflare registered domain (Code: 10000)

Any idea how to fix this?
