Hello, When I registered my Cloudflare account, my browser’s autofill mistakenly entered an incorrect email address. I realized the mistake immediately and attempted to update the email, but I’ve learned that Cloudflare requires confirmation from both the old and new email addresses. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the incorrect email address that was used during registration, making it impossible to complete the verification process. As a result, my account appears to be suspended, and my website is now down, which is causing serious issues. Details: • Domain: simmspace.ai • Incorrect email used: (INCORRECT EMAIL) • Correct email I intended to use:CORRECT EMAIL I am on a free plan, so I understand support is limited, but I would deeply appreciate any help in either recovering the account or transferring domain access to a new account. Please let me know how I can verify ownership or proceed to restore access and get my site back online. Thank you.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Immediately attempted to update email address. I do not have access to my old email account.

I show the above domain as active in & purchased in the account you are using here which is the account with the correct email. I do not see an account associated with the incorrect email at all.

To verify this, when you login to dash.cloudflare.com and go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns are the nameservers shown the same as what is shown here, DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool?

And when you login do you see the invoice for the domain purchase here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/billing? If the answer to the above questions are both yes, I think you purchased the domain in the correct account.
