One of my site thailand-car-dealer.org is registered with Cloudflare but now it is not showing in my Domains and Cloudflare is asking me to update its namerservers to Cloudflare
thailand-car-dealer.org is active in a Cloudflare account. It looks like you are trying to move it to a different account which is why it is prompting you to change nameservers. You wont be able to move a domain that is on Cloudflare registrar to a different account.
