Domain was just registered today, right? Try it again and it should work – I tried it on my account (cancelled once it reached the verification step) and it seemed okay. There were some warnings because you have no existing DNS records for your apex domain or WWW subdomain, but they’re just warnings, you can add that stuff later after you’re set up on Cloudflare. Since the domain was just recently created you might have tried it too soon.
