Register.it - Record A

Hi,
I cannot change the NS records otherwise Register.it (my host domain) disables all additional services.
Register advised me to ask Cloudflare to provide the domain pointing, in order to have an A record that I will insert in the Register dns configuration.
What is Cloudflare’s A record?
