Register domain with JCB Debit Card in Japan

Hi,
I just tried to register a new .com domain for two years with my JCB debit card linked to a bank located in Japan, but it told me this:
Domain registration is blocked for a few minutes pending an existing request. (Code: 10000)
The Cloudflare showed me it will bill me about 17 USD, and my bank account had 4000 Japanese Yen, which should be pretty enough.
Is there any limitation in the types of cards I can use for payment?

JCB is not listed in the Approved payment methods. @Laurie may be able to confirm.

Thanks for the url. Is there any chance Cloudflare will approve JCB as payment method?
