I got this domain new, it was never registered before but the dashboard keeps saying “Pending Nameserver Update”. My payment went trough (I paid 20.88 for 2 years of the .com domain)
I have contacted support 6 hours ago.
That domain shows as available to purchase, Cloudflare Registrar - Search and register domain names.
If you’ve recently purchased it through verisign, you should contact them to ask what is preventing the nameserver change.
Pending Nameserver Update is something only the domain registrar can assist with.
I purchased the domain via Cloudflare. It wasn’t registered to any registrar previously so it wasn’t transfered. I don’t get why I am getting an error associated with domain transfers. My case number is 01268616 if that helps. Thanks for your first answer by the way.
No, you added it to your account yesterday, it shows as available to purchase as indicated above.
