Regional Server Issue

I am based in Delhi, India. Cloudflare has a server right there in Delhi. Most of my audience is limited to India, more precisely North India. Why can’t my website be cached on an Indian server instead of UK?

GTMetrix on pinging in London shows me a 3 second loading time on an Mobile LTE whereas on pinging with Mumbai shows me over 10 seconds. I guess my content being served from a closer region will help me. I’m also doubtful if Cloudflare is actually speeding up my site because my hostinger server is in Singapore, a shorter distance.

The Indian servers always seem to be heavily used, hence prioritized for higher plan levels. But to route to the UK instead is up to your ISP:
