Regarding Routing

We have a few websites which we have enabled in our Cloudflare account. When we access those sites from India, we are taken to Cloudflare’s HK DC slowing the website response times. Please advice why some sites are routed to the Mumbai DC and some to HK ?

For a variety of reasons, not all Cloudflare POPs are available from all networks for all plan types. In Mumbai I believe the POP is generally only available for paid plan types. I can’t comment on whether or not your friends account is a paid plan or not… and there could be other reasons. We’ll also sometimes change routing based on traffic patterns/ DDoS attacks, new network routes/ POPs, and telcos can also adjust their routing based on network costs or other factors.

Hi ,
Thanks for the reply. But my all visitors are from India & I want to my site to be routed through Mumbai (India) DC so how it can be done. I have already enabled your Agro feature in one of my site but still the latching time is not reduced and its almost same as it was before enabled. Also how the site & both are routed through Mumbai Dc always when we check with same isp for our site then it is routed from outside India. Also their latching time is far better than our site however I am using the paid version of Agro feature.
Please advice how can we reduce the latching time of our site and how our site can always be routed through Mumbai DC.
