Refuse in giving support

Hi,

has anyone here faced with a refuse on Cloudflare to give proper support ? (in paid plans).
I’ve submitted 2 tickets for a PageRules issue, provide all the details, but after almos 4 days still no fixes!!!

Regards

It very much depends on what the issue is, what plan you are on and what your expectations are.

Pro, for example, has no SLA but an SLO of 5 days. This can unfortunately at times mean 5 days before you get a first response. If your issue then needs escalating or review by other teams then it can take a while.

The recommended first step for Pro is to post details of your issue here as you’ll likely get a much faster response.

4 posts were split to a new topic: Cloudflare CDN does not cache for the maximum Edge Cache TTL duration

Hi,

its 6 days and still no support!!!
Seems that there is no interest on supporting customers

I believe your issue was addressed here:

Did you have another issue?

Hi,

main core issue is lack of support even on paid plans.
The complete refuse in giving proper support

As far as the Edge TTL goes, only support from Cloudways could definitively confirm that, but i’m confident on the posted answer

Target for responses is 5 days but over the holiday season it is likely to be longer than that. That’s why here is the recommended place.

While I understand your disappointment about the response times and agree that Cloudflare has room for improvement here, I do disagree about the following.

That is not correct, the response you received from @domjh was spot on. There’s nothing to confirm.
