Hi @user20673 is that for your cloudflare account @user20673? I do not see any login, charges nor any other activity here. Is this with regards to a site that uses Cloudflare or a different account? If a different account, please do as @fritex suggested from the email associated with the account.

If WRT a site that uses Cloudflare, you’ll need to contact the site owner.


Yes it is for my cloudfare account that was opened without my consent to do so

The only thing I see in this account is an attempted order that did not complete the process and therefore did not complete a charge. I have escalated your ticket to our Trust and Safety team, please reply there to inform them that this account was created without your approval.
