Refunds
Your first screenshot shows that the purchase has been refunded. Refunds are usually credited to the same method used to make the payment and may not be directed elsewhere (I don’t know Google Play’s policy here).
If you used your Play balance to make the payment and the refund hasn’t reflected on your balance yet, just give it some time, like a couple of days even. And if the purchase was with a credit/debit card, it can take even longer for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Actually i did using my salary card
As one of the screenshots you shared from Google clearly states:
We’ve issued a refund of AED 19.99 for 1 month of WARP+ UNLIMITED… the value will be refunded to the payment method you used to make the purchase"
So the refund will go to your “salary card”, not your Google Play balance. And it’s not instant: it’ll probably take a couple of days.
Also, it’s Google that charged you… and it’s Google that handles the refunds.
