I attempted to transfer two domain names on January 5th. While one domain transfer was successful, the other failed. Subsequently, I reinitiated the transfer for the failed domain on March 1st, which was completed successfully. However, the payment for the failed transfer on January 5th has not been refunded to my account yet.

Please don’t create duplicate tickets, that actually resets reply time to later, it does not help and delays the reply to you and everyone else. The Community cannot assist on Billing issues.
