What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I was recently transferring my domain to Cloudflare and was unsure whether I would be billed immediately or only after the current billing cycle with my previous provider ends. Unfortunately, I was charged right away, and I didn’t receive any checkout screen, or any prior notification that this would happen.
While this wouldn’t be an issue for a production domain, the domain I am transferring will not be used and is just a test domain. If I had known I would be charged immediately, I would have preferred to purchase a new domain which will be in use.
Will I receive a refund if I decide to cancel the transfer?
