Well you are using Wordpress which is by default a dynamic CMS and based on PHP (requestbased). So every request will get served a fresh generated page.
Pls implement static file caches. I can directly recomment WPRocket, but it costs recurring fees (if you want to get Updates after a year), so maybe go with something like WP Super Cache, or something like this.
OR: just configurate your installed W3 Total Cache plugin correct.
