The HTTP request so the purchase updates to paid is not getting recived when it is paid correctly.

For now I have deactivated cloudflare cache and it is working fine, but I want to use cloudflare to have faster loading times.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Make a purchase while cloudflare is caching, using the redsys gateway

Check your security event log to see if, and the reason, the request is being challenged or blocked and adjust your rules as needed…

Sounds like RedSys are collateral damage, to the bad actions, that has been taken by their ISP (and LaLiga).

RedSys will need to contact their ISP (and LaLiga), in order to share how disappointed they (and their customers (e.g. you)) are.
