I checked my Page Rules they are Okay
I’m not seeing any redirect at the moment, did you fix it?
The DNS record for www is currently set to “DNS only” so requests are going direct to your origin so the redirect isn’t being done by Cloudflare…

Note that http://utclisolutions.com/ (proxied) is giving an error page from your host, so seems you are only redirecting https://utclisolutions.com/. You may want to fix that.
