Redirecting Root domain to Zero Access team domain

Is it possible to create a domain record to redirect www.example.com to my cloudflare zero trust Team domain

I have tried To use a cname record but get 1014 error,
I have Tried page rules redirecting via 301 but still the domain doesnt resolve
I have also Tried using Redirect Rules but also no luck - on the same note what should iIhave the www dns record point to for the redirect rule to work?

Did you make an :orange: DNS record for www.example.com?

Yes I did, but it never redirected, I have figured out how to do what i wanted to do another way though so dont need to do this anymore
