Redirecting expired domain

helo support members, I have a question that If I purchased a expired domain and want to work with that Domain, then is it compulsory to add another Cloudflare Flexible SSL, as before expiring that domain also used Cloudflare DNS.

If a domain is expired, it will not resolve at all.

But if you purchase and activate that domain so it resolves, you can set it to Full (Strict) mode (never use Flexible SSL) and use Page Rules to forward to the other domain.
