No Cloudflare nameservers are resolving for your domain currently and it seems your domain has never used Cloudflare according to securitytrails.com. a2hosting.com nameservers used up to 2024-09-08 use Cloudflare (no nameservers since), but your domain hasn’t been active on Cloudflare.
Thanks for the reply.
But I’ll confess I’m a little confused.
This domain had always been registered at GoDaddy using the A2 nameservers and redirected to https://nosaintshistory.com. The redirection was set up in my webhost’s Cpanel and I never had a problem. Earlier this year I enabled Cloudflare and changed the nameservers at GoDaddy to the Cloudflare nameserver but the redirection was still set up A2’s Cpanel. Again everything worked fine until I switched from GoDaddy to another domain registrar. Other than the registrar, nothing has changed. The nameservers listed at GoDaddy were pointed at Cloudflare and they are still pointed at Cloudflare with the new Registrar.
Do I have to add the redirected domain to the list of domains I currently have at Cloudflare?
Of what Domain? Saintshistory.com? I have never had Cloudflare enabled for that but I’m pretty sure I had it pointed at the Cloudflare nameservers.
And what exactly is the screenshot? the name servers of saintshistory.com?
Don’t use cf nameservers for domains that are not on cloudflare.
The domain you are directing to does not need to be using cf, but it cannot use cf nameservers if it does not. In that case, contact porkbun and ask them to set the ns to their defaults.
If you want to add saintshistory.com to your account and set a redirect to nosaintshistory.com in cloudflare, you need to change the nameservers at porkbun to
If you do not want to use cloudflare for saintshistory.com, you need to change the nameservers at porkbun to whatever they offer as default. Not cloudflare.
Ok. Let me try to tend to what you have shared with me. I do appreciate your help but I am more than a little confused.
I think I’m going to just put the nameservers back to the A2 nameservers and go from there.
But Thank You for your help.
