What is the issue you’re encountering

getshield.xyz is re-routing to audit.getshield.xyz even though audit.getshield.xyz is not in our DNS records and was deleted many months ago.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

It now no longer redirects to audit but to www instead - did you get this fixed?
