Investigating - Cloudflare is investigating Redirect Rules issues. Some customers may observe a change of preserve query string behaviour in Redirect Rules since July 1st, if this parameter is not explicitly specified in their configuration.
We are working to analyse and mitigate this problem. More updates to follow shortly.
