the redirect rule in the screenshot applies even fo the IP set in the rule

(ip.geoip.country in {“US” “CA”} and not ip.src in {x.x.x.x})

If you have an IPv6 address as well, make sure to include that (usually as a /64) in the IP list too.

I tried yesterday, but it was not working
I will add it again just to be sure
Is there any sort of cache in CF regarding these rules ?
