Redirect rules based on referring URL

What is the issue you’re encountering

Is it possible to redirect in Cloudflare based on the referring URL? E.g we have a hyperlink pointing to our page from dailymail.co.uk and only for this referring URL (not domain) to this page, we would like to redirect to a different URL. This is for users and search engine crawlers but not typical users navigating our site.

Redirect rules have both referer and URL as an option so you would be able to do something along the lines of:
