Redirect rule works for subdomains, but doesn’t work for the domain

Purged cache
Enabled and disabled development mode
Flushed cache
Accessed the domain from remote hosts
Added random conditions to redirect rule and removed them
Removed and added redirect rule
Added dummy DNS records as well as removed those records

You get redirected to the proper google form

Not for me.

Both fenomengier.pl and www.fenomengier.pl with HTTP and HTTPS – all redirect to the same Google Forms page at my end.
