I want to redirect a domain to another but it is not working

I want to redirect a domain that has no DNS settings to another domain that does have DNS settings.
But it does not work.

You need a proxied DNS record so the domain resolves to Cloudflare. Use AAAA 100:: for redirects where you are redirecting a domain with no origin.

That is correct for the apex domain. You’d need a similar one for "www" plus a redirect rule that covers this hostname as well.
