What is the issue you’re encountering

Trying to redirect our new domain to a static landing. However, my redirect rule appears to not be working due to the DNS on my root domain not being fully configured. I believe I need to add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record to the root domain, but I’m unclear on what that record needs to entail. Could you please help me resolve this so that the redirect rule I created will work?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Actions taken:

• deleted cookies as suggested but still no luck
• followed ‘community tip’ changing SSL setting from Flexible to Full (Strict) as per multiple Cloudflare community solutions for the error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS but still not working
• Started reading the Proxy Status DNS article that the Cloudflare AI troubleshooter recommended, but I’m getting lost developers.cloudflare.com

Likely you have specified the redirect target just as good-hope-school.mailchimpsites.com when it should be https://good-hope-school.mailchimpsites.com.
